Delivrd — Before You Buy

How This Works

No jargon. No fine print games. Here's exactly what you're paying for, what we do, and what happens if things change.

$1,000

Flat fee. One deal. No hidden costs, no percentage of the sale, no upsells. This is what it costs for our team to negotiate your car deal from start to finish.

What you're getting

You're hiring a team that does this every single day. We've helped thousands of clients buy cars — many of them live on TikTok while it happens. This isn't a lead-gen service. We actually do the work.

Consult call

Once you're in, our consult team gets on the phone to understand exactly what you need. Think of us as your third-base coach — we need the full picture to run this right. The car specs, your budget, your timeline, trade-in situation, delivery preferences, who's involved in the decision. The more we know, the better we can serve you. Every deal is different because every person is different.

Strategy & sourcing

This is where the heavy lifting happens. Our strategy team takes everything from your consult call and builds a plan around your specific deal. We reach out to dealerships that make sense — not just the closest ones, but the ones most likely to get you the best outcome. We're requesting window stickers, pulling out-the-door pricing, comparing finance terms, and negotiating across multiple dealers at the same time. This is hours of real work from real people who know exactly what to look for.

Your options, presented clearly

We come back to you with at least 2–3 of the best options we found, ranked and explained. Why each one is good. What the numbers look like. Nearest to furthest. You pick.

We close the deal

Once you choose, we handle the negotiation and push it across the finish line. You show up, sign, and drive.

Our guarantee

We work your deal thoroughly — sourcing across the market, comparing real out-the-door numbers, and negotiating until we have the strongest options available for your situation. We will present you with no fewer than two of those options, ranked and explained. Most clients see more than two — but two is the floor, not the ceiling.

Why most people hire us

Most clients come to us because they just don't want to deal with the dealership experience. The back-and-forth, the waiting, the pressure — they'd rather hand it off to a team that handles it every day.

A lot of folks are buying on behalf of someone else — a parent, a spouse, a kid — and they need it done right without burning 40 hours of their own time on research and negotiations.

And yeah, saving money matters too. But here's what we've learned after thousands of deals: the clients who get the most out of this are the ones who value their time, energy, and peace of mind just as much as the dollar amount. The savings are real — but the biggest thing we eliminate is the stress of doing it alone.

Refunds

If we haven't started working your deal yet and you're completely unsatisfied, you can get a refund. We're not here to hold anyone's money hostage.

Once work begins, the fee is not refundable

When our team starts contacting dealerships, pulling numbers, and building your deal — that's real labor from real people. There are no refunds after work has started. We put in the hours whether you buy the car or not.

A note on honesty

A big part of what we deliver are formalized out-the-door numbers — the actual pricing that holds a dealership accountable. Getting a dealer to commit those numbers to paper is a significant part of the work. Once we have them, we use those numbers to shop your deal across every option. And yes — you could take those numbers and shop them yourself. That's your right. But this is the core of what we do. There are often 10–15 hours of unseen work behind every deal — sourcing, calling, negotiating, comparing — so that you can walk into any dealership with two or three real offers already in hand. This is the bread and butter of the service, and it's why we have a no-refund policy once this stage of the work begins.

Changing your car mid-deal

Once we start, we're sourcing, calling, and negotiating around a specific vehicle. If you change your mind, that work doesn't transfer — we have to start pieces of the process over. To keep this fair for everyone, here's how change fees work:

What changed Fee
Features or trim change — same car, but you want a different configuration that's harder to find or unavailable from what we've already sourced. $250
Different car entirely — you started with one vehicle and now you want something else. Different make, model, the works. We're essentially starting a new deal. $500

We're not trying to nickel-and-dime anyone. When we start a deal, we're committing hours of sourcing, negotiating, and follow-up across multiple dealerships. A mid-deal change means restarting chunks of that work. These fees are way less than starting over at full price — which is what it actually costs us.

The short version

You pay $1,000. We learn what you need. We find the best deals and bring them to you. You pick one, we close it. If you change the car, there's a small fee. Once we start working, there are no refunds. That's it. No surprises.
